Our Standard Delivery window is 8am to 6pm, seven days a week.
We cannot guarantee any specific time delivery.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR PLACING AN ORDER FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
Order by Midnight for next day weekday delivery.
Order by Friday Midnight for Saturday / Sunday deliveries.
CAN WE GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR A DELIVERY?
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?
Flat rate $20
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER?
Please let us know 24 hours prior to our dispatch and we will refund the order value. Please note all orders will incur a credit card processing fee and this will be deducted from your order value.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the gift will be placed in the most secure location available to the courier.
CAN LUCY ROSES LET ME KNOW WHEN THE FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?
You will receive a text or an email to confirm your order has been delivered.
